A Typical Program
Everyone's coaching journey is different. No two sessions are ever alike, but the coaching journey will be composed of the following sessions.
A free 25-minute consult is offered to all interested clients. We will review the specifics of the coaching agreement, spend some time getting to know one another and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Regular coaching sessions will take 30-45 minutes once a week or bi-weekly, depending on your personal preference. During these sessions we will:
Check in on your action steps
Spend time discussing whatever you want to discuss
The first session is scheduled to take 90 minutes, followed by a 60 minute second session. We will spend this time looking at:
Where you are now
Where you feel the most ready for change
Your optimal vision of self,
In the second session, we will narrow our discussion to some specific goals for the next 3-6 months.
During our final session together, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your health and wellness journey. What tools worked for you? What did you discover about yourself? How can you continue to move forward in your health journey?
